An interesting format for this might be what the International Encyclopedia of Knowledge Organization does, where entries in the encyclopedia get published in the affiliated journal, KO.

This might tie in with the potential that Elaine discussed of ‘baby’ JASISTs.

If we think of Joe’s proposal as an index to these resources, some links might point to IEKO and any gaps could be covered with scholarly lit reviews taking the form of encyclopedia articles.
